Earthstone develops one-of-a-kind houses, Usually from empty plot, into a fully functional home equipped with all finishes and landscaping by a landscape architect. Each home project lasts approximately 6 to 7 months. The home is designed and built with all spaces and finishes reflecting its personality. Careful attention to craft man ship, selection of finishes, layouts of spaces and ergonomic considerations are integral to the approach. Once the home has been completed, it is transferred to the buyer in pristinely completed form. Earthstone typically takes on no more than eight projects per year, In order to provide each project with complete hands-on care and personal involvement in every stage of its development |
